The first thing that I noticed when searching the practical applications of AI was a topic I had not put much thought into at this point. In an article titled "COVID-19 Vaccines" by Alan Greenblatt, Greenblatt states, "Artificial intelligence programs keep getting smarter but sometimes block good content and miss erroneous information." This is in reference to AI software struggling to keep up with all of the COVID-19 information and misinformation in order to delete false content. This is an area that has saved "fact checkers" countless hours in screening content but, as you can tell, AI still has a long way to go.
